The exporter/ importer should fill the form with his / her photos and the agent’s photo. The following documents should be submitted along with the Authority form:-
• License of a customs agent
• The authentic paper of proof that the agent appointing the exporter/ importer is genuine.
• Copy of certificate of Permanent Account Number (PAN).
• In the case of a firm/company/organized institution/entity the proof of registration

The certificate of origin is a document issued by the competent authority of the country certifying that the goods are produced or manufactured in the same country. Generally, it is issued by the Chamber of Commerce of the concerned country but in the case of Nepal, it is issued by the Federation of Nepal Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Confederation of Nepalese Industry as well.

ExIm code refers to export import code. Export-Import (ExIm) code is registration required for the person importing or exporting goods from Nepal. ExIm code is issued by the Department of Customs, Ministry of Finance Government of Nepal. In other words, ExIm Code is the Government Identification number issued to the traders. In its absence, the government may not be able to track unregistered importers/exporters.
