The exporter/ importer should fill the form with his / her photos and the agent’s photo. The following documents should be submitted along with the Authority form:-
• License of a customs agent
• The authentic paper of proof that the agent appointing the exporter/ importer is genuine.
• Copy of certificate of Permanent Account Number (PAN).
• In the case of a firm/company/organized institution/entity the proof of registration
